A'nna has over 25 years of experience in counseling working with adults and adolescents in both substance use disorder treatment and mental health counseling.

"Over the years my focus has been on helping individuals' recover from trauma.  Struggling with unresolved trauma can lead to other concerns such as anxiety, depression, substance use disorder, bi-polar disorder and more.  Many people carry this burden throughout their lifetime, and it affects relationships with themselves and others.    I strongly believe that people can heal. and I've seen the remarkable changes they can make.  

I am trained in EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (A.R.T.), CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness."
