Sessions:
Typically sessions are 55-60 minutes in length.
Sessions can be conducted via tele-health, so you can be in your comfortable space, you don't have to travel and can relax at the end of the session. Bring your pet, your coffee, tea, etc.

Cost and Insurance
Private pay sessions are $150 / 55-60 minutes

I work primarily with adults, but will consider working with teens 17 years old or older.
