Welcome to my counseling practice! I bring over 25 years of experience and a wealth of specialized training.  I started my journey working with substance use disorders working with adults, teens and families.

Over the years my training became more focused on learning to help individuals resolve trauma.  Struggling with unresolved trauma can lead to other concerns such as anxiety, depression, substance use disorder, bi-polar disorder and more.  Many people carry this burden throughout their lifetime.  It affects their relationships with themselves and others.    I strongly believe that people can heal.  I've seen the remarkable changes they can make.  

I am trained in EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (A.R.T.), CBT, Internal Family Systems, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness.
